Cell Phone Policy

Cell phones must be “off and away all day.” Students may have a cell phone with them, but they must be powered off, which supports our mission of having our students develop strong interpersonal skills. Students may ask any adult on campus for permission to call their parent, and we will grant permission every time. Parents are encouraged to support this policy by calling the office to deliver a message to a student during the day. Inappropriate use of electronics can result in disciplinary action including confiscation, detention, and/or Saturday school. Student owned electronic devices of any kind are brought on campus at the student’s own risk. The school is not obligated to investigate theft of these devices.
